Choose the occasion before the table
Start with the date, event and club. A table for an afternoon session is a different request from a reservation for a festival night. Check the programme first, then decide whether the table fits the experience your group wants.
Aquarius, Papaya, Kalypso, Nomad and Symbol publish their own venue or reservation information. Use the club’s current event details and a specific written offer. Past gallery photographs can help you understand the setting, but do not establish current table availability.
Decide what ‘VIP’ means for your group
Some groups want a place to stay together. Others care about the view, room to sit, a particular section or a daytime cabana. Put those preferences in order so the booking team can suggest an appropriate option.
Nomad’s official site describes a cabana experience, while other venues present different VIP areas and table formats. Avoid comparing them on name alone. Ask for the relevant plan or a clear description of the space, its capacity and its position for the date you are considering.
Ask for an offer you can actually compare
Request the total booking conditions, including whether there is a minimum spend, what it covers and whether any payment is required in advance. Ask if every person in the group needs a separate event ticket or if entry is part of the table offer.
Also check arrival deadlines, the number of guests allowed, any relevant entry rules and what happens if the group size changes. If you care about a specific location, make sure the confirmation identifies it clearly rather than leaving the request as a general preference.
- Venue, event, date and day or night session.
- Number of guests and preferred table category.
- Total budget or spending range for the group.
- Entry arrangements and included services.
- Payment, cancellation and arrival conditions.
Agree on the group budget in advance
Tell everyone the expected commitment before appointing one person to book. A table can create awkward decisions when some guests expect to share evenly and others intend to spend differently. Agree on the split, who pays the deposit and how any additional spending will be handled.
Keep the table budget distinct from accommodation, transport and festival passes. This makes the quote easier to understand and helps guests decide whether they want to join that part of the trip. Do not present a table as a guaranteed cheaper route to admission.
Move from enquiry to confirmation
Use the ZrceWeek enquiry form to explain the night you have in mind. The request can be directed towards the relevant table-booking channel, including ZrceTables or ZrceVIP where appropriate. Availability and the final terms still need to be confirmed.
Save the written confirmation and reservation contact, and share the arrival plan with your group. A submitted enquiry, a conversation or a saved preference is not a confirmed table. The final offer should leave everyone clear about where they are going and what they have booked.
Questions, answered.
Can I see a fixed VIP table price for every club?
Request a current offer for the exact event, date, group size and category. A general price from another night may not apply to your booking.
Does a table guarantee event entry for everyone?
Only if the confirmed offer includes it. Check admission for each guest and any arrival conditions before paying for the reservation.
