Who handles an enquiry?

ZrceWeek is operated by Mox Media d.o.o. Contact info@moxmedia.eu with questions about your enquiry or personal information.

Information you choose to provide.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, travel dates, group size, interests and any message you add. Please avoid sending passport details, payment-card information or other sensitive documents in the initial enquiry.

These details are used to respond to your request, prepare a relevant offer and arrange the follow-up you requested. They do not subscribe you to marketing. Where a supplier needs information to prepare a specific requested offer, the relevant details may be shared for that purpose.

How the request is sent.

In email mode, the site prepares a message and opens your email application. The request reaches Mox Media only when you send it. If you copy the prepared message, you decide where to send it.

Where the website’s direct enquiry service is enabled, submitting the reviewed request sends it to the website’s server. A successful receipt includes a request reference. The information is stored outside the public website folder and may be used to notify the team by email. A receipt confirms an enquiry, not a booking.

Shortlists and essential storage.

Saved festivals are kept in this browser’s local storage when you choose to save them. You can remove them in the shortlist or clear your browser’s site data. The site may keep campaign parameters for the current browsing session to identify the source of an enquiry. It does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics by default.

The direct enquiry service uses an essential session cookie to validate form submissions and help prevent abuse. Hosting providers may retain ordinary technical access logs. Email services process messages according to their own terms.

Keeping information useful and limited.

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to answer the request, manage an agreed booking and meet applicable obligations. Contact us if your enquiry is no longer relevant or you want information corrected or deleted.

Your requests.

Email info@moxmedia.eu to ask about access, correction, deletion or other rights relating to information you provided. Include the enquiry reference if you have one. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information.

External websites.

Links to festival organisers, clubs and other Mox Media platforms open separate services. Their booking, privacy and payment terms apply when you use them.
